I am delighted to have been appointed by the Board of the Australasian Reporting Awards to follow on from Keith Roberts as the Coordinator of the Governance Award. This Special Award seeks to recognise the quality and completeness of disclosure and reporting of corporate governance practices in the annual reports of business entities in the public and private sectors.
